We believe that Humanity faces a profound crossroads - all one needs to do is turn on the nightly news to see the result of our current trajectory, the path of disconnection.
It's time for a different path! Join us as we walk the Regenerative Pathways leading us back to land, community, and wholeness.
We are on a mission...
...to restore our connection to the lands we live on by becoming active stewards in order to regenerate her soils, her watersheds and her diverse ecologies, creatures & peoples
...to design and build the infrastructure to support resilient local communities that will serve as models for this new way of interbeing.
...to help each other remember the wholeness that is our birthright by strengthening the bonds that interweave us through collaboration, co-creation, and celebration!
We work from the understanding that all things are living parts of an interconnected whole. Whole Systems Design asks us to look at the homes we build, the communities we form, and the ecologies we steward as all parts of this web.
We draw from permaculture design to create systems that are ecologically-sound and economically viable, which provide for their own needs, do not exploit or pollute, and leave a positive trace to produce life-supporting systems for city and country, using the smallest practical land area.
We see our work as a process of co-creating with nature by designing with the natural topography and enhancing the natural characteristics of the landscape, while utilizing locally abundant and renewable materials whenever possible.
We pay honor to Traditional Ecological Knowledge of indigenous cultures as we expand our understanding of how to steward land while integrating new technologies that can enhance these ancient ways wherever appropriate.

Early in his career, Nick cut his operational chops on high-impact humanitarian projects - building last-mile supply chains to distribute clean energy solutions throughout Africa & South East Asia, and raising awareness for the rise off "climate" refugees being displaced by increasing environmental catastrophe.
Nick has run development and consulting projects in nine foreign countries, has received technical certificates in Permaculture Design and Living Roofs & Natural Building Systems, has pursued an alternative MBA on the Regenerative Economy, studied International Development at McGill University, is a community facilitator trained in The Work That Reconnects, and is a certified YRT Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga instructor, avid dancer and musician.
Nick is motivated in all his work by a strong desire to leave this planet better than he found it for his daughter Ziigi and strives to honor the legacy of his ancestors.
