in 2020 I was hired by the Artistree Texas team to  help oversee the development of a 7 acre luxury glamping hotel  in historic Fredericksberg, located in the heart of Texas wine country. The project  featured a unique mix of pre-fabricated low-impact glamping structures, two shipping container homes, a geodesic dome, and two custom-deasigned Artistree treehouses nestled within a beautifully preserved wildlife conservation site and riparian habitat.
As the Project Lead for the development, I lead the Artistree Texas construction Team, managed a large team of contractors,  oversaw all site logistics and managed the overall project budget, while supporting the CEO in client relations.

Cypress Valley is the crown jewel of the Artistree Hospitality property portfolio - a  108 acre hospitality andevent center & conservation rangeland for Bison,  located 45 minutes from downtown Austin. The property was developed by the family of Amy and Will Beilharz, Artistree's co-founders, as their family home,  and is the birthplace of the first Artistree-branded treehouse.
In 2021, I oversaw the design and development of an off-grid glamping expansion to the property consisting of 7 solar-powered  glamping platforms,   mobile bathroom & shower trailers, and renovations to the existing Welcome Center and recreation areas.
