Teravana Forest Sanctuary

 As a strategic consultant, I  guided the property owners through a visioning process to craft a 15-year master plan for their 730-acre retreat. I spearheaded a complex Use Permit application in challenging Sonoma County, gathering a skilled team—landscape architects, permaculture designers, permitting consultants, forest managers, and engineers— to ensure the plan's success. I also launched a collaboration with CalFire, conservation foresters, arborists, neighbors, and tribal elders, developing a 5 year plan to safely reintroduce fire onto the land.
